To preface, I was 30 minutes away when I had my blowouts. I called them and the guy was very helpful and said he would send someone out to help. When the guy got there, he didnt get out of the truck, he didnt say anything to me, or get any tools out. He sat in the truck for 20 minutes until the office called me to tell me he was scared to work on it bc it was close to the road. Let's remember that this is an emergency tire and ROADSIDE service. They guy at the scene still hasn't said anything to me or put any cones or anything out and the guy on the phone asked me to redirect traffic. I told him I could call the police dept if that would help. I called the local police station and asked if they could help. A little while later when the sheriff gets there, the worker, Finally gets out and takes the next 30 minutes getting tools out and walking back and forth looking at the tires. After he drops the trailer twice bc he apparently couldnt figure out where to put the jack, the sheriff and and tell him where and how to place the jack and take of the wheels. When he started to put the new tires on the wheels, and by this time someone else from the company has shown up, neither of them co

Great experience, wasn’t on the phone for more than 3 minutes. they had my service tech otw in less than 5 questions. service guy came out quick, got the job done, paid him and went about my night. service fee wasn’t absurd!

My tire didn’t give me any warming before running extremely low. With it being 8pm at night and all other tire shops were closed, I was so happy to find this company on Google. I called and someone answered. He told me to pull up and they got me squared away in as little as 15 mins. Saving me from potential inconvenience of risking going home on a flat or missing work in the morning. It can be extremely difficult to get your car serviced while working all day.

i had a tire blowout during a work trip & did some research to find a tire shop, & i am completely satisfied to say I’m happy I chose to go with S & T. They made it VERY hassle free. I was on the road from Montgomery to New Orleans & they gave me an absolutely amazing price on a NEW tire that was much needed. In all, I probably waited 30 minutes from the time i got there, & everywhere else i looked for the same tire was $100 over their prices. You’ll feel like you’re getting away with highway robbery (sorry for the pun). They made my journey back home a breeze, & on the new tire, I felt complete trust in it. Immediately after I left, I rode for about 6 hours with no issues. If you need a service from them, go ASAP. If you’re currently having a tire related issue, you’re wasting time by reading this review when you could already be at S&T! I’d give them 6 stars if I could.
